Booking information
Your name, contact details, dates and dog’s care needs are used to respond to your request, arrange services and contact you. A booking request does not subscribe you to marketing.
New-request notifications are sent to our work email through FormSubmit. Notifications contain only the request reference and an admin link, not your contact details or your dog’s health questionnaire.
Photos and comments
Private client albums require access verification. Only share an album link and password with people you trust. Downloaded copies cannot be withdrawn from someone else’s device.
We seek separate permission for public photos; booking does not automatically give permission to publish them. Do not put addresses, phone numbers or other private details in comments.
Corrections and deletion
Email us to request a correction or deletion, with enough information to identify the request. We will confirm your identity and the scope of the request before responding.
Website operation
Essential session cookies maintain album access. The admin area is restricted to authorised sign-ins. We do not currently accept online payments.
