Up to four boarding guests at a time, excluding Butter and QB. Daycare places are arranged separately.
How is time charged?
One day is 24 hours. Any overnight stay costs at least one full day, even if it is shorter than 24 hours.
There is a one-hour free collection grace period. After deducting it, extra time costs $5 per hour, rounded up to the next whole hour. More than 6 chargeable hours is billed at the full-day daycare rate instead of hourly charges for that extra period.
8 am drop-off → 9 am collection the next day
One day of boarding. Collection is within the free grace period.
8 am drop-off → 10:30 am collection the next day
After the grace period, 1.5 hours is rounded up to 2 hours: an extra $10.
8 pm drop-off → 8 am collection the next morning
One full boarding day is charged, even though the stay is less than 24 hours.
Fees and preparation
Full boarding payment is due on arrival.
Public holiday boarding: +$10 per day.
Medication administration or customised meals: +$5 per day. Ordinary kibble or canned-food meals are excluded.
Toileting accidents or urine leakage: +$5 daily cleaning fee.
If transport is needed: the fee is the actual total driving distance × $2 per kilometre.
For example, 12 km of total driving costs $24.
Winnie will discuss additional care and applicable fees before confirming your booking.
Let’s meet before the stay.
A meet & greet is required before first-time boarding.
Stays of 7 days or more require a one-day trial beforehand.
Your dog must arrive clean and free from unpleasant odours.
Please tell us about your dog’s health, diet and toileting habits: how many meals a day, how much per meal, and whether they use puppy pads indoors or only toilet outdoors.
Please also tell us about separation anxiety, barking, destructive behaviour or other concerns so Winnie can assess whether our care is suitable.
